Over 3 hours
Grade A Fire Rating
Non-combustible walls with fire resistance exceeding three hours. When fire occurs, the wall does not feed it. Testing standards and certification are reconfirmed against local codes for each project.
Performance You Can Verify
Every performance claim on this site maps to an independent laboratory, a certified standard, or a built project. This page is the audit trail.
Material technology, wall structure, prefabricated components and full building assembly, developed together over more than two decades of research and engineering practice, supported by Chinese research institutions and universities and European experience in prefabrication and energy efficiency, with a portfolio of international intellectual property.
Panels are manufactured under controlled factory conditions using proprietary aluminium moulds. Humidity, temperature, and cure time are monitored. Quality is built in, not inspected out.
Cooperation runs from technical studies, engineering design, manufacturing and installation planning for a single project, to technology transfer and local manufacturing for larger programmes: technology licensing, joint investment, production lines and local supply chains.
A lightweight composite made to cut self-weight, bond well, insulate and resist freezing, with heat resistance, sound insulation, fire resistance and durability built into the wall.
Internal metal components and reinforcement, coordinated with the main structure, let GOGER walls be engineered to each project's seismic requirements.
Wall thickness, internal structure and insulation are set by building height, structural system, climate and use, not limited to fixed specifications.
Structural Models
Interactive 3D models reveal how GOGER systems work at every scale: residential towers, institutional complexes and boundary walls.

◇ 01
Over 3 hours
Non-combustible walls with fire resistance exceeding three hours. When fire occurs, the wall does not feed it. Testing standards and certification are reconfirmed against local codes for each project.
◇ 02
0.32 W/m·K
Thermal conductivity of 0.32 W/m·K, with insulation and wall thickness configured to the climate and the energy target, for hot and cold regions, with targeted designs for the Middle East.
◇ 03
750 to 950 kg/m³
More than 60 percent lighter than other materials, which lowers foundation loads and transport cost, useful for long-distance transport and complex foundation conditions.
◇ 04
40%+ shorter
Walls and slabs made in the factory mean less work on site and less exposure to weather, so overall construction periods can be shortened by more than 40 percent.
◇ 05
Below 51 dB
Acoustic performance below about 51 dB, with wall thickness and internal structure adjusted to the acoustic need, for homes, hotels, apartments, offices and schools.
◇ 06
25 to 30%
Building cost about 25 to 30 percent lower per square metre than prefabricated buildings on shear-wall structures, with 3 to 8 percent more usable floor area.
The GOGER Advantage
Key figures for the GOGER building system.
| Specification | GOGER System | Traditional Masonry |
|---|---|---|
| Fire Resistance | Over 3 hours, Grade A non-combustible | Depends on material and workmanship |
| Wall Weight | 750 to 950 kg/m³, 60%+ lighter | Heavier masonry and concrete |
| Construction Period | More than 40% shorter | Long, weather and labour dependent |
| Foundation Cost | More than 7% lower (villas, apartments) | Sized for heavier walls |
| Cost per m² | 25 to 30% lower than shear-wall prefab | Shear-wall prefabricated baseline |
| Usable Floor Area | Up 3 to 8% | Thicker walls take floor space |
| Thermal Conductivity | 0.32 W/m·K | Varies by wall build-up |
| Sound | Below about 51 dB | Varies by wall build-up |
| Surface | Factory-made, consistent | Site-plastered, variable |
